Even by looking at the map, it’s easy to tell that Lahos Island is quite a beauty. Its main beach is spread across the island, reaching both the eastern and western sides, while sandwiched by massive rock formations to the north and south. Lahos Island is part of the Caramoan National Park, making it a protected area.

How to get there: How to get there: From Manila, fly to the city of Naga (40 minutes). From Naga, take a jeep or van to Sabang Port (P100, 1.5 hours), then a passenger boat to Guijalo Port (P120, 2 hours). A boat departs every hour from 7am-11am. Ride a jeep or motorbike to Caramoan Sentro where you can ride a tricycle to Bikal Port. Here, you will find boats for island hopping (P2000-P3500, depending on boat size.)
Alternatively, you may also fly to Virac, Catanduanes. At the airport, hire a tricycle to Codon Port (P300, 1 hour travel time). Boats for Caramoan may be rented here for P2500-P3000.
Cost of Island Tour: P2000-P3500 per boat
Don’t Miss: While on the boat on the way there, do not forget to take a picture of the island from afar. Swim and lie on the sand while sipping fresh coconut juice. You can buy the coconut for P50.
