Magical is the best word to describe the island province of Camiguin. This pear-shaped small island in Northern Mindanao is one of my first stops when I started traveling, and it holds a special place in my heart. Also, I’ve always been fascinated by Camiguin ever since I saw the movie, which was set on and named after the island itself, starring Jomari Yllana and Gelli de Belen.
Camiguin Island is a small quiet province but boasts many natural wonders that you could explore via Habal-Habal, Motorela (a huge version of a tricycle that can carry up to 10 passengers), or a multi-cab. Some of the island’s famous attractions are Katibawasan Falls, Tongatoc Cove, The Old Guiob Church Ruins, The Sunken Cemetery, and The White Island Sand Bar.
An adventure-filled day deserves the best resort to cap off the night. We came up with the Top 5 Resorts in Camiguin according to Agoda users, in no particular order.
Note: Ranking and rates may change over time, so always double-check before booking. (We only considered properties with at least 20 reviews)
